I have been creating and designing artwork for over 20 years. I’m a wife, mother, grandma and artist. I live in Smyrna, GA. I have had the honor and privilege to have larger works shown at; The Defoor Art Centre in Atlanta and my fairy-tale/nursery rhyme paintings stayed on display at my local library for three years. I enjoy creating art with paper-mache. The angels make, begin to take on their own personality. Even while they are being formed with the raw materials of glue and newspaper. When the Angel is dry I begin the painting process. Then is placed firmly on a square foundation sprinkled with gold. "The great street of the city was of pure gold, like transparent glass." (Rev 21:21 NIV) I finish with a clear coat. Each angel has a Bible reference at the base. Most carry a scroll with the verse written inside. My other works include; frame-able gift cards, miniature paintings, and occasionally I like to create jewelry.
